How do Subscriptions Work

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

Please note: Subscriptions are not required to use Impossible Things.

PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • On your monthly or annual renewal date, your payment on file will be billed, and Edit Credits will be delivered to your account. 
  • Subscription Edit Credits roll over from month to month so you will not lose your Edit Credits.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Upgrade Subscription You will receive the upgrade subscription Edit Credits immediately and your new billing renewal date will be on the date you upgraded your subscription.
  • Downgrade Subscription - Downgrades do not take affect until the next renewal billing date. You do not lose Edit Credits for downgrading your subscription.
  • Cancel Subscription - You will lose access to subscription benefits but retain your purchased credits.
